This project completed in 2023 consists of a freestanding house for a family’s main residence. The program includes a garage, the garden with swimming pool and several rooms, anticipating the family’s growth. The project responds to the program through the section, stacking the rooms at the back of the building, where they enjoy privacy and views upon the garden. Volumetrically, the building develops under a large sloping roof, which brings a special personality to the facades. Fragmentation of the floor plan into three linear bodies allows them to divide and shatter the central mass, creating a gap that becomes a patio providing light, privacy and fresh air to the inner spaces.
